Prim Massage
Every massage session that we offer here at Prim is custom-built to your needs. We offer a variety of modalities, including Swedish, deep tissue, and much more. Your therapist will be happy to work with you to figure out which modalities to employ in your session, depending on your needs and goals.

Hot Stone Massage
This treatment is a combination of traditional hot stone therapy and Swedish massage and is incredibly relaxing. Smooth stones are warmed in a water bath and used in the therapist’s hands to move and massage the body. The stones are also strategically placed along the body to release tension and stress. Hot Stone Massage increases circulation, decreases stiffness and tension, and treats sore, aching muscles.

Pre-Post Natal
Soothing and calming relaxation massage is used to ease the body and eliminate stress while specific therapeutic techniques are applied to each massage to meet individual needs and goals. Leg cramping, muscle tension, hip, back and neck pain, headaches and edema (swelling) are just some of the concerns due to pregnancy that is targeted. Special considerations like trimester and high-risk pregnancies should be discussed with your RMT.

Myofascial Cupping
The ancient art of cupping is combined with the knowledge of connective tissue patterns to achieve myofascial release in the body, relieving scar tissue build up without excessive pressure. This full body treatment decreases pain, increases the range of motion, and enhances muscle function. EXCELLENT for clients with active lifestyles, whiplash, and chronic injuries.
