Cancellation

Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice by phone or in person for cancellations (*emails and/or text messages to our cloud-based appointment software is not valid for cancellations).  Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved service.  "No shows" may be charged 100% of the reserved service. We have a special 72 hour cancellation policy for Keratin treatments, Ombre & Balayage coloring, extensions, and any group of three or more.

Guarantee

We want you to be happy and satisfied with your services.  Therefore, we do ask that you come in within 14 days of your service(s) for any changes that you may require.  We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy for the opportunity to make things right for you.  If at any time you feel you would like to try the services of a different service provider, we fully support and recommend that you do so.  Our entire team's talent is at your disposal and discretion.


Service Deposits

Our more advanced services (ex. Color Corrections, Keratin, Extensions) require a pre-paid deposit of 50% paid in person to schedule services. For color services, this deposit is refundable with a 72 hr or more notice to change or cancel an appointment. For hair extension clients, this deposit is not refundable due to the fact that your hair has been custom ordered and can not be returned.


At times we offer special promotions or discounts on products and services. These are given in-person or through our email newsletters or social media.  Promotional offers and/or discounts cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other promotional offers. This applies to, but is not limited to referral discounts, online, and product promotions.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Bumble and Bumble hair care products, simply return the unused portion to us and we will be happy to refund you for the purchase amount.

Product Returns


We provide testers for all our make-up and skincare products to ensure you have chosen the right colour or scent. Any makeup, brushes, or skincare may be returned within two weeks only if unused and in brand new condition. If the product has been used, we do not allow returns.  Store credit issued on retail items cannot be used on salon services. In the event you have had a reaction to one of our products, please come in to fill out one of our sensitivity forms and we will issue a full refund.
